Nokia launches N97 Mini in India
Nokia N97 mini was launched yesterday on 16th Nov’09 in India. Its a new addition to Nokia’s N Series range of smart phones. Nokia N97 mini comes with Lifecasting along with Ovi that will unfold the next innovative chapter of Personal and Location-Aware internet.Nokia in collaboration with social media Facebook will unveil be the first ever application to let people publish their location & status updates directly to their Facebook profile from the home screen of their Nokia device.
Put as the cheaper alternative to Nokia N97, the mobile phone comes with a slightly smaller display and unlike N97, this device does not have the navi-pad on the QWERTY keyboard that slides in.
Features of Nokia N97 Mini :

- OS : Symbian Operating System v9.4.
- Display : 3.2 inches TFT resistive touchscreen (360 x 640 pixels), which supports 16M colors.
- Camera : 5 MP camera (max. resolution 2592×1944 pixels) with Carl Zeiss optics, autofocus, Dual LED flash, video light options.
- Power : Li-Ion battery 1200 mAh (BL-4D)
- Talk time : upto 7 hour 10 min (2G) / Upto 6 hour
(3G) and stand by time of upto 320 hour (2G) / 310 hour (3G). - Colors available : Cherry Black, Garnet and White colors.
