Momo is a type of Tibetan or Nepalese dumpling enjoyed all over South Asia. Momo is probably the most well loved meat dish in Kathmandu, Nepal. Try the plain tibetan MOMO, that is the one I prefer, it is just chicken mince, garlic, red onion, little tumeric and ghee/oil. And this time they inspired one guy to make this cool USB flash drive!
