Make Voip Calls using Gtalk or Yahoo on Fring
Popular mobile application Fring has now introduced it chat client for Android devices.Till now Fring could only be used in iPhone, Symbian & Windows Mobile phones .The mobile messenger will allow its users to make VoIP calls over popular IM clients like Skype, Google Talk , Yahoo Messenger and MSN.You can connect with Fring over GPRS or Wi-Fi. It also supports Instant Messaging with AIM & ICQ ID’s.The new version is now integrated with Twitter.
While i tried to install it on my Nokia 5800 , it started off smoothly with a setup file of 1.5 MB being downloaded. I subscribed with my Gtalk id and i could hear properly over Fring. I would recommend Fring to every Smart Phone user with good internet connection for making free VoIP calls using your own phone.
Recently i wrote How to connect your Nokia 5800 Xpress Music or any other Wi-Fi enabled Smart Phone with your Router, so that you dont have trouble connecting with the internet on your mobile phone and save GPRS costs.
You can download Fring from http://m.fring.com

I really enjoy what you write here, very fresh and smart. One problem though, I’m running Firefox on Linux and some of your layout pieces are a little wonky. I know it’s not a common setup, but it is still something to watch out for. Just tossing you a heads up.
