How To Install Windows 7 From Bootable USB | USB Bootable Utility
We all use DVD’s to install any Operating System on our pc. But very few know that even a USB stick can be used to install a OS . It surprised me to find that there are very few dead-simple guides to creating a bootable USB pen drive for a Vista and Windows 7.
Microsoft has released a new utility “Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool” which allows you to create a bootable USB drive to install Windows 7 .

Steps to Make USB Bootable Windows 7 Operating System
- Download USB DVD TOOLS
- Run the application on your PC
- Follow the instructions to install windows 7 from the ISO file
- Choose the ISO file in the Source File box, type the name and path of your Windows 7 ISO file, or click Browse and select the file .
- Choose Media Type
- Now select your USB device. The interactive menu will now delete any data residing in your flash drive and make it bootable so that it can run at startup without the OS being loaded.
