How To Get Rid of Windows Security Alert in Vista

Goto Start in left hand corner of your screen and scroll to Control Panel.
In the control panel menu select Security Center and press enter.

In the screen below select “Change the way Security Centre Alerts Me” and select your choice to show or remove alert option.

Yeah that’s the second thing I do when reinstall my Windows. The first is to turn off the annoying UAC

And yes the another way is to turn off the UAC while reinstallation………
I’d like to get rid of the yahoo IM troubleshooter warning.
It says we can’t connect to yahoo. Every few minutes when I’m off line.
I know I’m disconnected so I don’t want to see this thing pop up on top of anything I’m doing.

Ok , do one thing , open your messenger and goto Preferences. Now here goto General and remove the selection to “Standby and wait until i connect to the Internet”. hope this will work fine .
