What are Dual SIM Phones?

A dual SIM mobile phone is one which can holds two SIM cards. At the beginning, dual-SIM adapters were invented that allowed mobile phones to contain two SIM cards, and the user could switch from one to the other as needed. This combination is called a Standby dual-SIM phone. With recent innovation in the mobile manufacturing, mobile phones have been made that can natively work with two SIM cards, both of which may be active at the same time. These are called Active dual-SIM phones.
